Qualification: Paint Shop Diploma
Experience: Min. 10 years as a Paint Shop Supervisor
Role: Thorough knowledge of the following:
- Pre-treatment processes
e.g. Shot-blasting, degreasing & phosphating - Paint mixing
- Inspection of painted components & products
- Paint validation process
- Paint defects and their control
- Masking methods and protection against paint
- Corrosion protection against unpainted surfaces
- Ability to meet production targets
- Familiarity with SAP system, EOHS requirements related to painting
- operations and disposal of hazardous waste
- Ability to work with CFT
