Qualifications: B.E. / Diploma – Mechanical

  • Minimum 8 to 15 years of experience in Accounts, Finance & Internal Audit
  • For managerial position, 15+ years experience is preferred whereas for Sr. Engineer’s position 5+ year’s experience is required
  • Responsible for winding production, coil making, preparing insulation kit and testing
  • Responsible for new winding development
  • Machine winding, winding tool designs, machine coil making
  • Demonstrated knowledge of machine and manual winding for single phase winding, three phase winding, two speed winding and three speed winding
  • Responsible for production capacity, productivity, quality and process improvement
  • Optimum utilization of manpower and vendors
  • Preparation of process sheets for various production stages and coordinating with R&D team for new products

Testing Engineer – Dy. Manager / Asst. Manager / Sr. Engineer

Qualifications: B.E. / Diploma – Electrical (Experience in Motor Testing/ Electrical Maintenance preferred)

  • Experience of 3 to 15+ years according to the post
  • Owns test-to-learn process, data collection and analysis of results
  • Sharing data and discussing with analysis personnel how to model the effect of data on motor and mission requirements and capability
