Textile Motors
Introduction
A large number of motors are used in spinning and weaving machines in a textile mill. Dust and fluff-laden environments are common in such plants. Special care needs to be taken while designing and developing electric motors for textile mills. LHP has developed electric motors with a special enclosure so that they can operate effortlessly even in a fluff-laden environment. The fan is encased in a specially designed cover to allow efficient cooling and stop the fluff or dust from entering the motor. Energy-efficient textile motors from LHP (IE2, IE3 and IE4) also offer great power saving. Additionally, LHP motors require minimal maintenance and come with the assurance of a long life. As compared to other motors, you will find LHP motors offering lower cost of total ownership and great value for your money.
